I ordered this dress online for my city hall wedding. It's light, comfortable, and elegant. I never ended up wearing it, however. A beautiful mermaid gown persuaded me to choose long over short after all. I still love this dress. It's so affordable and perfect for a civil ceremony or wedding reception. New with tags.
